For Students (Parents, Personal Use, Friends/Family):

• Enter the student’s name, grade, and teacher.
• All orders are delivered to the student’s classroom at Monta Jane Akin Elementary.
• If ordering for more than one student, please place a separate order for each child.

For Teachers/Staff (Ordering for Yourself):

• Enter your name, “Staff” for grade, and “Self” for teacher.
• Your order will be delivered to you at the school.

Important:

• We do not ship to homes.
• All orders go to Monta Jane Akin Elementary only.
• Incorrect or missing info may delay delivery or result in order cancellation.
• All fields are required to ensure accurate delivery.
