Return, Exchanges and Cancellation Policy

At Jaipur Jewelry, we want every family to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Because this program supports school fundraising, our return policy is designed to be simple, fair, and aligned with the needs of our school partners.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at service@jaipurjewelry.us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We will gladly replace the item at no cost.

Non‑Returnable Items

To keep our fundraising program sustainable, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Items that are not damaged or incorrect
  • Items that show signs of wear
  • Final sale or clearance items

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please place a new order. Exchanges are processed as new purchases

Order Changes or Cancellations

We can accommodate changes or cancellations before your order goes into production, which begins 1–2 days after the fundraiser window closes. Please email us as soon as possible at service@jaipurjewelry.us.
